So be gentle with yourself. Be kind to your mind.
It is with our minds, that we create the world. In the end - no matter how rich your life - how vast your social circle - & how supportive those who love you may be - it's ultimately just you and the voice in your head sharing a body and a brain. So be gentle with yourself. Be kind to your mind. And if you practice self compassion with kindness and consistency, your mind with be gentle in return.
